Ingredients
- Kefir 0.7 cup
- Eggs 2 pcs
- Sugar 4 tbsp
- Bread flour 140 g
- Bread crumbs 140 g
- Baking soda 0.5 tsp
- Ground cinnamon 1 pinch
- Jam 100 g
- Butter 15 g
- Poppy seeds 2 tsp
- Walnuts 20 g
Directions
Step 1

Sift the flour. Prepare a mixer, a blender, and an 18 cm springform baking pan.
Step 2

Whip the eggs with sugar. You don't need to achieve a fluffy foam; just mix everything until smooth. Pour the kefir into the egg mixture and whip again with a mixer on medium speed.
Step 3

Using a blender, grind the bread crumbs into fine crumbs. Add the cinnamon and baking soda to the crumbs and mix well.
Step 4

Add the flour to the kefir mixture in small portions, mixing after each addition and breaking up any lumps. After the flour, add the bread crumb mixture and knead into a smooth dough.
Step 5

Preheat the oven to 200°C. Grease the pan with butter and transfer half of the dough into it. Spread and level the jam on top.
Step 6

Spread the remaining dough evenly over the jam, sprinkle with poppy seeds and chopped walnuts. Place the pie in the preheated 200°C oven for 15–20 minutes.
Step 7

Let the pie cool slightly after baking, remove it from the pan, and slice into pieces.
