- Sockeye salmon 150 g
- Eggs 1 pcs
- Onion 30 g
- Lemon juice 1 tsp
- Olive oil 1 tsp
- White bread 1 slice
Directions
Step 1

Peel the onion. Prepare a small pot and a blender.
Step 2

Place the egg in a small pot and cover completely with water. Bring the liquid to a boil over high heat, reduce the heat, and cook the egg for 7–8 minutes. Then transfer to cold water, cool, and peel.
Step 3

Soak the bread slice in water. After 2 minutes, squeeze it out with your hands.
Step 4

Place the boiled egg, onion, sockeye salmon fillet, and soaked bread into the blender bowl. Add the lemon juice and olive oil. Blend the ingredients until smooth.
TipPulse the forshmak if you prefer a chunky texture. If you don't have a blender, chop all the ingredients with a knife.
Step 5

Transfer the forshmak to a small bowl and serve with crispy toasts or crackers.
